Peripheral SDK overview

Note: IntelaTrac is now AVEVA Mobile Operator. However, in some instances, you may see “IntelaTrac” in upgrade path, reports, and so on.

AVEVA Mobile Operator Peripheral SDK helps to create plug-in apps or service to support device specific Integrated peripherals. The plug-in apps or service helps the peripheral device to communicate with AVEVA Mobile Operator by establishing a communication channel between them. This allows field users to use supported peripheral devices and input data directly to the app from peripheral device.

Note AVEVA Mobile Operator Peripheral SDK is supported for Android devices with OS 8.0 and above and for Windows 10 64-bit and 32-bit machines.

AVEVA Mobile Operator provides different SDKs for Android and Windows 10 platforms. The software development kit is available on the installation media under:

• Install\Products\Android App\Plugins Sdk\bin folder for Android. The IntelaTrac.Mobile.Peripheral.Sdk.dll file in the SDK enables creation of peripheral plug-in apps.

• Install\Products\Windows 10 App\Plugins Sdk\bin folder for both x64/86 environment. The Intelatrac.Mobile.Peripheral.Sdk.UWP.dll file in the SDK enables creation of peripheral windows service application.

Plugins for Barcode Scanning using integrated Barcode Scanner on Intermec Honeywell CT60 device is available under installation media.
