Invalid WOR Response Lists

This script will run to check the Work Order Request Template questions referencing multiple Response Lists with the same name.

Resolution:

To fix this issue, you must have Response List with unique Application Item Id and Application Id within the System.Therefore, to get the list and the fix for Response Lists having duplicate Application Item and Application ID, see the topic Response List Items with Duplicate Application-ApplicationItem.
