WOR Fields Application Item ID - Value configured is missing in Response List table

This script will return the list of Work Order Request Template questions that are referencing invalid Response Lists Application Item ID.

Resolution:

To fix this issue, perform one of the following steps:

• If the Application Item ID used in the Work Order Request Template questions is not required, then manually delete the Application Item ID from the template questions.

• If the Application Item ID used in the Work Order Request Template questions is required, then manually create the Response Lists with Application Item ID used in the template questions.

• If you want to use an existing Response List, then manually update the Application Item ID column with the Response List used in the template questions.
