Default Notes

  • Last UpdatedDec 23, 2015

Use Default Notes to add pre-configured text entries to notes, virtual logs, and for short text and long text in work order requests, from the hierarchy of notes.

Default notes save time and effort of the user in typing the entire text manually. For example, if there is a default note "__ quarts of oil added", then the user has to select that default note and type a number, rather than having to type the entire sentence.
