Learn about Crew Setup Properties pane

When a Crew is selected in Crew Setup, the Properties pane will display detailed information regarding that Crew.
The “General” data: Name; Description; Start Date; and Rotation are assigned during Crew creation. For an explanation of these attributes and how they affect the Crew and its scheduling see Add and edit Crews.
The “Audit Information” section displays the following data:

Created By: The name of the user account responsible for the Crew’s creation.

Created On: The date and time at which the “Create New Crew” function was executed for this Crew.

Last Updated By: The name of the user account responsible for the Crew’s latest edit.

Last Updated On: The date and time at which the Crew’s edits were last saved.
