Procedure Locator legend

The following icons are used in Procedure Locator to indicate the status of a Procedure’s revisions.

Note: See the "Tool-Tips" section below for explanations of the statuses represented by these icons.

Under Construction: Indicates that there is an un-Released revision of this Procedure.

POD Under Construction: Indicates that there is an un-Released version of this Procedure On Demand.

Checked Out: Procedure is marked Checked Out. This status is only available through the "Check Out" function.

Released / Activated: Indicates that there exists an Activated, Released revision of this Procedure.

POD Released: Indicates that there exists an Activated, Released revision of this Procedure On Demand.

Locked: Procedure is locked for edit (currently open for edit).

Deactivated: Indicates that a previously Released revision of this Procedure (or Procedure On Demand) is now marked Deactivated.

Deleted: Marks Procedures which have been deleted. These Procedures are only visible with the Advanced Filter enabled and configured to include deleted Procedures (see Advanced Filter).
