StatusListItems - Duplicate Sequence Numbers

Provides a list of Status List items that contains duplicate sequence number.

When you drag-and-drop or cut-and-paste a Status List item across the groups, the Status List item might not appear in a correct order in the mobile application when you release the Procedure. This is because the items added in the group using the cut-and-paste or drag-and-drop method will contain a duplicate sequence number in the database. In such a scenario, you must manually fix the sequence number of the Status List items.

Resolution:

To manually fix the Status List items with duplicate sequence number, perform the following steps:

1. From the Status List items, select the Status List item that has a duplicate sequence number.

2. Drag and drop the Status List item to the last position within the same list.

3. Select the Status List item and drag-and-drop it to the required position in the Status List items.

   The duplication of the sequence number is fixed, and the Status List item contains a unique sequence number. You can now use this Status List in any Procedure.
