"Data Filter" Report

The "Data Filter" report searches the database for occurrences of the specified Data Filter(s). If more than one Data Filter is checked, the results will be grouped by Data Filter (see Group by Data Type).

The lower half of Procedure Auditor Plus can display the following information on each hit it finds.

Note: The following represents a complete list of columns and data available for this type of report, and some listed items may not appear by default. See Configure display appearance for information regarding enabling or disabling column display.

  • Action Message – Displays the message, if any, that was presented to the mobile application user in the field as a result of the triggered action.

  • Asset – The name of the Asset involved with the Data Filter, as assigned in the Asset Manager or as per import.

  • Asset Description – Description associated with the asset (as set in Procedure Builder’s Asset List).

  • Asset Type Name – The name of the Asset Type associated with this Exception’s Asset

  • Asset Status – Status of the asset as set by the task group at the time the procedure was completed.

  • Base – The name of the Base to which the Data Filter applies.

  • Calculated_Expr – The calculation (As configured in Procedure Builder’s Expression Editor) used to fire the condition associated with this Exception.

  • Condition Title – Title of the Condition (as assigned in Procedure Builder) that was triggered.

  • Data Filter – The number and name of the Data Filter involved.

  • Data Filter Count – The number of times the Data Filter matches within the specified date parameters.

  • Date – Date that the value was entered on the mobile application.

  • Device Input – Denotes that a peripheral device was used on that task group or task (True/False).

  • Notes – Displays any notes the field user created that are associated with the task.

  • Procedure – The name of the Procedure to which the Data Filter applies.

  • Severity – The Severity level assigned to this Data Filter in Procedure Builder’s List Manager.

  • Severity Color – The color assigned to this Data Filter in Procedure Builder’s List Manager.

  • Task – The title of the Task to which the Data Filter applies.

  • Task Group – The Task Group ID, if present, to which the Data Filter applies.

  • Time – Time of day (military time) that the value was entered on the mobile application.

  • User Name – The first and last name of the user who collected the data on the mobile application.

  • User ID – The login name of the user who collected the data.
