Printable Rounds Report

The Printable Rounds Report is a printable report for the procedures in a base for the selected Plant.

To run Printable Rounds Reports based on navigation options, select a value in the Navigation Options parameter. You can select from the following Entity Types:

• Default: Ensures that this item is encountered in both Task and Navigation views. Advancement from these items will proceed automatically when input is provided by a peripheral device or calculation, but manually otherwise.

• Background: Makes the item visible in Navigation view, but not in Task view.

• Background and Hide: Hides this item from both Task and Navigation views.

• Manual Advance: Requires the user to advance from this item manually, even when input is provided by a peripheral device or calculation.

The user can also choose to show or hide node prefix using the Show Node Prefix parameter. It displays a prefix describing the type of node in the title column of the report.

The Printable Rounds Report returns the following data point items:

• Title – Title of the tasks presented to the user.

• Asset – The number associated with the task.

• Value – The value collected for the task.

• UOM – The unit of measure for the task.

• Notes – Any additional notes.
