Procedure Attributes - Advanced tab

Click the "Advanced" tab, if desired, to set the following Procedure attributes.

  • Allow Transfer of Partial Data: Allows upload of this Procedure’s data before it is marked "Complete."

  • Capture Handwritten Signatures: Check this box to prompt the mobile application user to enter a hand-written signature when marking the Procedure "Complete." The Procedure cannot be marked complete before the signature is supplied.

  • Capture Digital Signature: Check this box to prompt the mobile application user to enter the AVEVA Mobile Operator password when marking the Procedure "Complete." The Procedure cannot be marked complete before the signature is supplied.

  • Available On Demand: When enabled, this Procedure will always be available to mobile application users of the selected Role(s), regardless of whether the Procedure is scheduled for this shift or at all.

    When checked, the "Role" text box appears. Select one or more Role(s)

    • Click the plus () button and select a Role from the Role browser that appears, and then click OK.

    • To remove a Role from association with a Procedure, select the Role from the list and click the "X" () button.

  • Legacy Device Support (Deprecated):

    • Legacy Device Support option is no longer supported. User will get an option to disable Legacy Device Support if peripheral scan was used in the last five executed rounds without device integration.

    • User must disable Legacy Device Support and release the procedure to execute the rounds. When disabled, the option will not be available for the user to select again.

    • Rounds with Legacy Device Support enabled will be considered as Missed or Late in Auditor Plus.

  • Estimated Time to Complete: Enter the time, in HH:MM format, that this Procedure is expected to take to complete. This information assists in balancing workload when scheduling Procedures (see Workload Graphs panel).

The following read-only fields also appear on this page for the user’s reference.

  • Revision Creation Date: The date and time that this Revision was first opened for edit in Procedure Builder.

  • Last Edited Date: The date and time that this Procedure was last saved with edits.

  • Internal Revision: The system-assigned revision number of this Procedure, which begins at 1 and increments by one every time the Procedure is released.

  • User: The first/last/login name of the User who last edited this revision of the Procedure.

  • Allow Pause - When enabled, this Procedure will have an option to Pause on mobile application. The procedure information is synced back to the server, which will be displayed for other mobile application user to Resume and complete.
