Automatic log off

If configured by an administrator, AVEVA Mobile Operator will automatically log the current user off at the end of a shift. When a shift concludes, a notification appears alerting the user that the shift has concluded and that the session will automatically log off.
To continue the session and prevent automatic log off, click DISMISS. The session will also be continued if the user taps the notification or taps the Clear button.
If the user does not act on the notification after a period of time set by the administrator, the app saves the active task value, closes the session, and returns the user to the login screen.
Note:
- After every initial sync in a Plant, you must log off and log in again for the Auto
Logoff or Sync Reminder to work.
- If you have disabled the Dedicated Device Mode on the web app, then for Auto Logoff
to work, you must perform a full sync, log out, and log in again.
- After automatic log off, wait for at least 20 seconds before logging in.
If the mobile app is in suspended mode when the shift ends, then on resuming the app, a dialog box appears, indicating that the shift has ended and the user is logged out automatically.
