Learn about AVEVA Mobile Operator (iOS) installation

Be sure to reference Hardware and Software Requirements for iOS platform in the AVEVA Mobile Operator System Requirements Guide. Verify that your environment meets all hardware and software version/patch requirements before proceeding with installation.

A new installation of AVEVA Mobile Operator application involves:

1. Installing certificates. For more information, see the topic Install certificates in iOS platform.

2. Install AVEVA Mobile Operator for iOS.

3. Set Up AVEVA Mobile Operator App for iOS.

To avoid the sync issues (such as: clock skews, out of sync, and so on) between the devices, you must keep the following things in mind:

• The time of server should be accurate with respect to the time zone.

• The time of mobile should be accurate with respect to the time zone of the base.

• Ensure that your mobile time and server time are always in sync, irrespective of their time zones.
