The minimum hardware and software requirements to install and run the AVEVA Mobile Operator app are as follows:

Note: Microsoft will end support for Windows 10 on October 14, 2025. Mobile Operator will also discontinue support for Windows 10 after this date. For more information, refer to the Microsoft documentation.

Sync Mechanisms

Note: A transfer may fail if the device goes to sleep during a sync. The initial sync especially takes a long time to run and care should be taken to prevent the device from going into a sleep mode throughout the duration of the transfer.
