Released Date: The date and time that this Revision of the Procedure was marked "Released.

Last Edited By: The first/last/login name of the User who released this Revision of the Procedure.

Revision: The text of the "Revision" attribute of the listed Procedure.

Internal Revision: The revision number assigned by Procedure Builder.

Revision Notes: The text of the "Revision Notes" attribute of the listed Procedure.
