Answered Tasks – All Tasks that have Values associated with them for the specific Procedure Instance

Total Tasks – Sum total of tasks that could or were answered for the specific Procedure Instance

Includes all "Active" Tasks

Includes all "Active & Expected" Tasks

Includes all "Inactive" Tasks that have answers associated

Extra Tasks – Sum total of tasks that have a value of "answered" but do not have a State of "Active & Expected"

Percent of Active & Expected Tasks - Number of Answered "Active & Expected" Tasks divided by the number of "Active & Expected" Tasks

Percent of Total Tasks – This metric will closely match the current Version 3.2 metric for Procedure completion and will be used primarily as a bridging metric to compare with work processes completed in Version 3.2 and 4.0

Active & Expected that are Answered Total of "Active & Expected" + "Active" + "Inactive" that are Answered.

Version 4.0 Example 1:

Procedure has 100 actual Tasks divided between 2 pieces of equipment

User answers 45 tasks for the one piece of equipment who’s status was "Online", the other 50 tasks are disabled by status selection of "Offline"

When the Supervisor runs a report on this procedure he is shown the following:

Answered Tasks = 45

Total Tasks = 100

Extra Tasks = 0

Percent of Active & Expected Tasks = 90%

Percent of Total Tasks = 95% ((45+50) 100) (Version 3.2 Metrics)

Version 4.0 Example 2:

Procedure has 100 actual Tasks divided between 2 pieces of equipment

User answers 45 tasks for the one piece of equipment whose status was "Online" and answers 5 tasks for the group that was disabled by the Group status selection of "Offline"

When the Supervisor runs a report on this procedure he is shown the following:
