Replace Assets

To replace text in a Procedure

1. Click the downward-facing chevron () to enter advanced options:

   

2. Click the "Asset Search" radio button. The "Title," "Default Value," and "Description" section disappears.

3. Click the ellipsis () button in the main toolbar (pictured below) to open the Asset browser, and then select an Asset.

   

   1. The "Tree" tab allows the user to browse Assets displayed in a Parent / Child hierarchy.

   2. The "Search" tab allows the user to search for the asset by its Title.

   3. Once an Asset is selected, you may click the downward-facing chevron () to display the selected Asset’s details as they would appear in the Asset List Manager.

4. Click the ellipsis () button in the advanced toolbar (pictured below) to open the Asset browser, and then select an Asset.

   3. Once an Asset is selected, you may click the downward-facing chevron () to display the selected Asset’s details as they would appear in the Asset List Manager.

5. Click one of the following buttons to replace the Asset:

   Replace All: Replaces all instances of the specified search found within the Procedure.

   Replace Under Selected: Replaces all instances of the specified search found within Children of the currently selected Node.
