Output per Report Type – Field-collected data

This section gives a brief introduction to, and describes the output of, the various types of reports centering on field-collected data.

Note: The Auditor Plus report displays the Highest Severity as Zero-Level Severity for a Procedure if:
- The Procedure has no condition
- The Procedure has condition but during the procedure execution, it did not qualify the condition.
In Zero-Level Severity, the Highest Severity column of the report in Auditor plus report displays either blank field or a value that you have defined for the ‘Severity Level 0’ in a Plant. However, when you open the Procedure details page, the Severity box will appear empty for those procedures.
