Learn about Shift Setup Properties pane

When a Shift is selected in Shift Setup, the Properties pane will display detailed information regarding that Shift.
The "General" data: Name; Start Time; End Time; Duration; and Color; are assigned during Shift creation. See Shift Setup for an explanation of these attributes and how they affect the Shift.
The "Audit Information" section displays the following data:

Created By: The name of the user account responsible for the Shift’s creation.

Created On: The date and time at which the "Create New Shift" function was executed for this Shift.

Last Updated By: The name of the user account responsible for the Shift’s latest edit.

Last Updated On: The date and time at which the Shift’s edits were last saved.
