Server Integration Configs context menu options

In Edit mode, the following context menu options appear when right-clicking an appropriate object within the editor. Where noted, these options are also included in the Insert Menu.

Add Configuration: Adds a new, unconfigured Server Configuration.

Delete Configuration: Deletes the selected configuration.

Edit Menu options (Cut, Copy, and Paste) will also appear as appropriate.
