Roles

In AVEVA Mobile Operator, roles are used on the mobile app to segregate the view of the procedures that are transferred by job assignment. Since transfer of procedures to the mobile app is by base, roles allow a user to see only those procedures that are applicable to the user’s job or craft. A user selects a role when logging into the mobile app.

Before attempting role administration, you must have bases and users created already in Security Manager.
