"Procedure Audit" Report

This report provides Administrators with a list of Users responsible for the last Revision of a Procedure.

The lower half of Procedure Auditor Plus can display the following information on each hit it finds.

Note: The following represents a complete list of columns and data available for this type of report, and some listed items may not appear by default. See Configure display appearance for information regarding enabling or disabling column display.

• Base Name – The Base to which the listed Procedure is associated.

• Description – The description (as specified in Procedure Builder) of the listed Procedure, if applicable.

• Modified By – The first and last name (as specified in Administration) of the User responsible for the Procedure’s last edit.

• Procedure Title – The title (as specified in Procedure Builder) of the listed Procedure.

• Revision – The user-specified revision of the Procedure.

• Revision Date – The date of the latest Revision of the listed Procedure.

• Revision Number – The revision number automatically assigned to the Procedure by Procedure Builder.
