The Audit Report shows audit entries at the Tenant level. The audit trail indicates the type of change, the user who made the change, what it affected, and at what time (and from which computer) the modification was made.
The Audit Report returns the following data points:

Category – The category of the Entity that was changed.

Changed On – The Date/Time stamp that the change was saved to the database.

Event – A concise description of the change performed.

Changed By – The first name and last name of the User Account responsible for the change.

Entity Name – The entity that was modified. This can be considered a "Sub-Category" of the event.

Event Message – The log message associated with the Event.

Process – The filename of the executable that performed the modification associated with the Event.

Machine Name – The name of the Computer from which the Event was performed.
