    Note:
    - Execution of SQL scripts (and the database installation script utility) require a user account with privileges equivalent to that of "sa" (the system administrator account).
    - In order to run the DatabaseScript utility, .NET FrameWork 4.8.1 Runtime Offline Installer is required and you can download and install it from the Microsoft website.
    -We recommend you to use Force Protocol Encryption on the SQL Server. For more information, see the Microsoft documentation on configuring SQL Server Database Engine for encrypting connections.
