Security Manager "Base" view type

The "Base" View Type displays Bases at the root level, with User Group(s) beneath them.

The "Base" View Type allows the association of Groups and Permissions in the context of the Base listings shown.

For example, when associating Permissions to the User Groups listed within "Base01," those User Groups receive the Permissions only within "Base01."
