Procedure Builder Properties Panel

The Properties Panel has no bearing on Procedure Builder. Information regarding the Procedure is instead given in a tool-tip (see Procedure Locator tool-tips), and in read-only elements of a Procedure’s Details screen, Advanced tab (see Procedure Attributes - Advanced tab").
