Virtual Logs
Data can be synced in many ways – Wi-Fi Sync and other sync mechanisms.
Wi-Fi Sync
Wi-Fi sync is data transfer over a wireless connection through WLAN. By default, data is transferred through Wi-Fi sync. When data is transferred through Wi-Fi sync, the title of the progress bar is set as TRANSFERRING.
Other Sync Mechanisms
Other sync mechanisms include Ethernet through a Docking Station.
Note:
- When data is being transferred, if the free memory goes below the threshold set
by the operating platform, then the background apps may get closed to provide memory
for the foreground app.
- If the license acquisition fails during the data transfer, then an error message
appears and the data transfer fails. The license acquisition failure might happen
because of several reasons such as license service not reachable, license unavailable,
network connectivity issue, and so on.
