View Service Status

The Service Status section provides a desktop user interface within AVEVA Mobile Operator for viewing AVEVA Mobile Operator services. The Details section will display entries that have been written to the "SAT_COR_SERVICE_STATUS" table within the database.

Services Include:

• Mobile Operator DataTransformation

• Mobile Operator Scheduler

• Mobile Operator Synchronization Service

• Mobile Operator ArchestrA Update Service

• Mobile Operator Historian Online Update Service

• Mobile Operator Historian On-Premise Update Service

• Mobile Operator PI System Update Service

  Note: Descriptions of AVEVA Mobile Operator Services, and instructions for starting and stopping them, are listed in the "System Installation Guide."

1. From the System Status "Area" click "Service Status" to select that function.

   The "Service Status Details" window displays the following:

   • Service Name – Name of the service the status applies to

   • Start Time – Date and time that the service started

   • Last Response – Date and time that the service last updated its information

   • Status – Status of the service as of the last update time

   • Next Response – Date and time that the next status update is expected

   • Status Note – Note from the service as of the last update

2. Click the icon or choose View→Refresh to refresh the display as needed.

   Tip: You can sort grid data by clicking the column headers.
