Auditor Plus

Auditor Plus is designed to allow users to review, audit, approve or reject, or edit data collected on a mobile application. Procedure Auditor provides full historical trending of field data, analysis, and field attributes of field-collected data. Once a procedure or round is reviewed and approved, the data is archived and can be automatically forwarded to other manufacturing decision support systems integrated with AVEVA Mobile Operator.

Primary of users of Auditor Plus include:

• Supervisors who review and approve completed rounds and surveillances

• Field personnel and others who need to review collected information in context with other field collected data, e.g. shift relief review of equipment status and condition

• Administrators who wish to view reports regarding user permissions, modifications to Procedures, and associations of User accounts with User Groups

• Procedure designers who wish to review Asset utilization within Procedures and association of Procedures On Demand with User Roles

In addition to the above, Auditor Plus also provides the ability to generate statistical workflow reports using a selectable date range and shift period. Some examples of these types of reports include:

• "Bad Actors" reports

• Scheduled vs. Completed Procedures

• Approved vs. Unapproved Procedures

Users can review the data within Auditor Plus or export the data into a spreadsheet for distribution.

To open Auditor Plus, click its entry in the expanded "Review" section.
