In order to support high amounts of Assets, the Asset List Manager behaves differently from other List Managers.

-
The Search function. For more information, see Search for existing Assets.
-
The "Breadcrumb" list. For ease of navigation, double-clicking or expanding a parent Node within the hierarchy of Assets will reset the display to show only that parent’s children. The breadcrumb drop-down allows you to collapse this display and return to the display of the parent Node’s siblings.
In the example below, the "Root" level is the great-grandparent, the "SLC235" level is the grandparent, and the "AREA1" level is the parent whose child nodes are currently displayed in the list.

-
The "Page Size" setting allows you to select the number of sibling Nodes currently displayed.
Note: Selecting 1000 for the "Page Size" setting will drastically slow list retrieval from the database. The default and recommended setting is 500.
-
The "Previous Page" button displays the previous x Assets (as specified by the "Page Size" setting).
-
The "Next Page" button displays the previous x Assets (as specified by the "Page Size" setting).
