Automatic Log Off

If configured by an administrator, AVEVA Mobile Operator will automatically log off the current user at the end of a shift after a preconfigured amount of time. When a shift concludes, a notification appears.
To continue the session and prevent automatic log off, either tap the notification or tap the close icon (X) within the configured time period.
If the user does not act on the notification after a period of time set by the administrator, the app saves the active task value, closes the session, and returns the user to the login screen.
Note:
- After every initial sync in a Plant, you must log off and log in again for the Auto
Logoff or Sync Reminder to work.
- If you have disabled the Dedicated Device Mode on the web app, then for Auto Logoff
to work, you must perform a full sync, log out, and log in again.
If the mobile app is in suspended mode when the shift ends, then on resuming the app, a dialog box appears, indicating that the shift has ended and the user is logged out automatically. In this scenario, the auto logoff time provided in the setting 'End of Shift Auto Logoff Time' in the web app will not be considered.
