The "Advanced Filter" option of Procedure Locator enables a user to find Procedures quickly by applying any of a variety of filters. Through the use of the Advanced Filter, Users can narrow Procedure Locator’s display to include only those Procedures that:
-
Are released, under construction, or both
-
Have been checked out, last modified, released, or locked by specified Users or User Groups
-
Have been checked out, last modified, released, or locked on a specified date or within a specified date range
-
Are "Deleted," "Activated" or "Deactivated," or "On Demand"
-
Contain a specified string in either their Title or Description
-
Reference a specified Asset (and optionally, one of its Child items)
-
Reference specific Asset Types
-
Possess Invalid Shared Data Point configurations
-
Reference Support Objects (Assets, Status Lists, etc.) that do not exist
Note: Except where stated, including a specific attribute in a search excludes attributes that conflict with it. For example, including a specific user will exclude other users, and including a specific date range will exclude anything outside that date range.
To configure the Advanced Filter, click the
icon on the Procedure Locator toolbar. The Advanced Filter’s main interface appears.
