Note Attributes - General tab

Configure the following options as desired:

• Title: This required field, limited to 255 characters, aids in the identification of this Note.

• Default Notes Starting Location: Select a starting point for the mobile application user to begin navigating Default Notes, if desired. If this field is left blank, the mobile application user may still either enter a note from scratch, or select from the list of Default Notes.

  Tip: For a more detailed explanation of this attribute, please refer to the "Default Notes Starting Location" description (see Task Attributes - Attachments tab).

  • Click the ellipsis () button to select a level of the Default Notes List from the browser that appears, then click OK to accept the selection.

  • Click the "X" () button to clear the Default Notes Starting Location setting.
