1Provided value1 can be in date format, where ("1" + "/" + "1" + "/" + "2005") translates to 1/1/2005 12:00AM or in numerical format (in 100-nanosecond increments from 1/1/1601) where 6.32401344E+17 also translates to 1/1/2005 12:00AM

2Converts text strings to their numerical counterparts, converts Boolean TRUE or FALSE to 1 or 0 respectively, and will convert dates, where 1/1/2005 12:00AM is converted to the number of 100-nanosecond increments from 1/1/1601 to that date, to 6.32401344E+17
