A 32-bit Operating System (OS) / Client configuration cannot:

Import assets into a database containing 1m Assets

Import a procedure into a database containing 1m Assets

Export assets from a database containing 1m Assets
Also, note that scanning a barcode or UHF tag to bring up an Asset can take up to 30 seconds on first scan. Subsequent scans will occur significantly faster (approximately 5 seconds apiece).
