Procedure Attributes - General tab

Next, set the Attributes of the Procedure as desired on the General tab. Of these parameters, only "Title" is required.

• Title: This required field, limited to 255 characters, assists in this Procedure’s identification in AVEVA Mobile Operator, audits, and reports.

• Description: Type a Description, if desired, to provide more verbose information regarding the Procedure. This field is limited to 255 characters.

• Categories: Optionally, assign one or more Categories to this Procedure in order to assist with its location within Procedure Locater.

  • Click the plus () button and select a Category from the Category List browser that appears, and then click OK.

  • To remove a Category from association with a Procedure, select the Category from the list and click the "X" () button. For more information regarding the configuration of Categories, see Procedure Categories.

• Revision: If desired, assign a Revision identification to this Revision of the Procedure (e.g. "A1-09092009"). This field is limited to 50 characters.

• Revision Notes: Enter notes regarding this Revision of the Procedure (e.g "Adding new equipment"). This field is limited to 2000 characters.

• Keyword: Enter keywords that you wish to assign to the Procedure. This field is limited to 100 characters. The Keywords added will be used to search for a Procedure in the mobile application.

• Tag List - Selecting this button, a dialog box will appear displaying list of Tags that are defined or associated with this procedure.
