System Status module

The System Status module within the Management Center provides the Administrator user with the ability to view the Error Log, Services Status on the Synchronization Server as well as view the mobile application Transfer Log .

Note: The System Status module is designed for troubleshooting purposes only.

System Status provides the following:

  • An interface to review integration errors that have been written to the database.

  • A desktop interface for viewing the current status of the Services.

  • A mobile application transfer log that can assist in the troubleshooting of the synchronization process or individual mobile applications.

The System Status module is a read-only application that does not have permissions assigned to its use within the Administration application.

To open System Status, click on its listing in the expanded Administration group.

Note: This documentation assumes that you have sufficient permissions to access the application and its features. Without sufficient permissions, functions within applications are inaccessible. For more information regarding the permissions required by the Management Center and its applications, see the AVEVA Mobile Operator web application.
