To search a Procedure by Asset
-
Click the downward-facing chevron (
) to enter advanced options:

-
Click the "Asset Search" radio button. The "Title," "Default Value," and "Description" section disappears.
-
Click the now upward-facing chevron (
) to hide the advanced options. The search bar changes to include an ellipsis and
"X" button:

-
Click the ellipsis (
) button to open the Asset browser, and then select an Asset.
-
The "Tree" tab allows the user to browse Assets displayed in a Parent / Child hierarchy.
-
The "Search" tab allows the user to search for the asset by its Title.
-
Once an Asset is selected, you may click the downward-facing chevron (
) to display the selected Asset’s details as they would appear in the Asset List Manager.
-
-
Click one of the provided search icons to find instances of the specified Asset in the Procedure:
Find Next: Finds the next instance of the specified Asset, selecting the Node in
which it was found.
Find All: Searches the entire Procedure for instances of the specified Asset.
Find Under Selected: Searches the selected Node’s children for instances of the specified
Asset.
Note: If "Find All" or "Find Under Selected" were used above, the "Find Results" panel (pictured below) will open, listing each of the Nodes in which the specified Asset was found.

-
In the "Find Results" panel, double-click any of the listed results to jump to, and select, the Node it represents.
Note: If "Find Under Selected" produced the results, the "Find Results" list will change after double-clicking an entry (see below), listing search hits within the descendants of the currently selected Node.
