"POD/Roles" Report

This report provides a list of Procedures On Demand (PODs) and the Role(s) to which they are assigned. Each row in this report corresponds to a POD and a Role; for example, if a POD is associated with three Roles, the POD will be listed three times in this report.

The lower half of Procedure Auditor Plus can display the following information on each hit it finds.

Note: The following represents a complete list of columns and data available for this type of report, and some listed items may not appear by default. See Configure display appearance for information regarding enabling or disabling column display.

  • Base Name – The name of the Base associated with the Procedure On Demand.

  • Description – The description given (in Procedure Builder) to the listed Procedure On Demand.

  • Procedure Title – The title of the Procedure On Demand referenced by the row.

  • Revision – The user-specified revision of the Procedure On Demand (if applicable).

  • Revision Date – The last revision date of the listed Procedure On Demand.

  • Revision Number – The revision number automatically assigned to the Procedure On Demand by Procedure Builder.

  • Role Name – The name of a Role to which the Procedure On Demand is assigned.
