Save prompts

Windows that appear prompting the user about changes made (but not yet saved) will contain three or four of the following options, which always perform the same functions.

• Help: Opens the Help file to the appropriate topic. For example, if Help is invoked from the Schedule Manager, the Help file will open to that section in the Management Centerdocumentation.

• OK or SAVE: Closes the window, accepting any changes made and committing any actions requested.

• Discard: This option typically appears if the user attempts to exit a program or navigate away from a section when changes are not yet saved. If this option is taken after attempting to exit, the program will exit without saving changes.

• Cancel: Closes the window without applying any changes or taking any actions.
