Different authentication modes

All types of Mobile Operator authentication modes authenticate users during the login process with a username and password combination. Each type of authentication mode uses a different mechanism to verify the username and password during the authentication process.

The authentication mode is set at the tenant level and all the organizations, plants, and bases under the tenant will inherit the settings from the Tenant level.

Note: If you are switching between the modes (especially between Enterprise and Hybrid), make sure that you clean up the users and user groups in the database that are no longer valid.
