"Virtual Log" Report

The Virtual Log retrieves, and allows viewing and modification of, Virtual Log Book entries entered by mobile application users.

The lower half of Procedure Auditor Plus can display the following information on each hit it finds.

Note: The following represents a complete list of columns and data available for this type of report, and some listed items may not appear by default. See Configure display appearance for information regarding enabling or disabling column display.

• Asset – The name of the Asset for which the Virtual Log entry was created, as per import or via the Asset Manager.

• Base – The name of the Base in which the Virtual Log entry was created.

• Date – The date and time at which the Virtual Log entry was last edited.

• Log Entry – The text of the Virtual Log entry.

• Mobile – The name of the computer on which the Virtual Log entry was entered. This value will read "Review Console" if the Virtual Log entry was created in Auditor Plus.

• Operator Name – The name of the mobile application user or Auditor, as assigned in the Administration application, who entered the Virtual Log entry.

• User ID – The login used by the mobile application user or Auditor who created the Virtual Log entry.
