Print Procedures

Print New Procedure:

Produces "Printable Round" output for the selected Procedure, which formats the Procedure for manual data entry and saves it to the PDF format. Upon execution, a standard Windows "Save As" dialog will open, allowing the user to specify a directory in which to save the Procedure.

By default, the PDF is named after the Procedure from which it was generated. If desired, rename the file to suit your needs (be sure not to change the extension (PDF)).

Navigate to the desired directory and click Save to save the "Printable Rounds" output. See the following example of this function’s output.

Note:
- Assets configured as "Dynamic" will feature a blank area in which the Operator can write the name of the Asset.
- If you want to print the PDF in any of the following languages, you must install the required font files in the\Windows\Fonts folder
- Chinese: Simhei.ttf
- Japanese: MsMincho.ttf
- Korean: Malgun.ttf
