Work Order Request

Use Work Order Request settings to configure the cost center settings for the installed Work Order Request module in the System Configuration module of the Management Center.

To access Work Order Request settings

1. Tap the Menu button, and then tap Settings.

   The Settings screen appears.

2. Tap Work Order Request.

   The Work Order Request screen appears.

Configure the Work Order Request settings as follows:

You can download work order requests based on filters. Type alphanumeric characters, separating multiple entries with a comma, up to a maximum of 255 characters. The work order request records transferred during synchronization is limited to the entered filter parameters.

Wildcards can be used while specifying the search filter. A question mark (?) represents a single character and a percent sign (%) represents one or more characters.

For example, when filtering for Cost Center, typing ABC or %ABC% will download both ABC_123 and Test_ABC cost centers during the synchronization.

Note:
- You can set a filter by marking the IsFilter field for the label as True in the SAT_WRS_FIELD_SETUP_MOBILE table.
- In the SAT_WRS_FIELD_SETUP_MOBILE table, if multiple labels are set as filter, then the first one in the sequence is set as the filter.
- If you do not type a search filter, then no work order requests will be downloaded.
