Trends

Use Trends to work with trends available for the configured bases. Trends provides field users with data from the Process Historian and other OPC-HAD compliant data sources.
In graph view, numerical data from the OPC-HDA-HDA data source is plotted on the graph.
To access Trends

Tap the Menu button, and then tap Trends.
The Trends screen appears.
To show all Trends

Tap to select Show All to enable all trends.
All trends for the base appear.
Note: By default, this setting is turned on to show all trends for the base.
To show only Always Available Trends

Tap to clear selected Show All to enable only always available trends.
Only Always Available trends appear.
Note: You can configure a trend as Always Available in the List Manager under the Procedure Builder module of the Management Center .
To show the description of a trend

On the trend card, tap more.
The trend entry expands showing the description.
To hide the description of a Trend

On the expanded trend card, tap less.
The trend entry collapses showing only the first few lines of the description.
To show Trend Graphs

Tap the trend card.
The Trend Graphs appears.
Note:
- You can configure the data points for the Trend Graphs in the List Manager under the Procedure Builder module of the Management Center. Make sure to add at least one data point to view the Trend Graphs.
- Tap on the legend labels to enable or disable the specific graphs.
- Tap the data point to view the data value and the date.
- The graph can also be pinched, that is pinch-to-zoom, to adjust the zoom level.
When zoomed in, you can pan across the graph to view the data points.
