Schedule Manager

Note: The Schedule Manager requires completed Procedure, Crew, and Shift, setup to function. For more information on creating Procedures, please see the Procedure Builder documentation. For more information on creating Crews and Shifts, refer to the appropriate sections in this chapter.

The Schedule Manager provides a user-friendly interface for scheduling Procedures and reviewing progress on past Procedures. To access the Schedule Manager, click its listing in the expanded Scheduling list.

To begin, click on the Schedule Manager item. The Schedule Manager appears.

  • Choose a Base to work with from the Base Filter screen (either by selecting it by name and clicking OK, or by double-clicking its name).

    The Schedule Manager’s main interface will appear.

Note: This documentation assumes that you have sufficient permissions to access the application and its features. Without sufficient permissions, functions within applications are inaccessible. For more information regarding the permissions required by the Management Center and its applications, see the AVEVA Mobile Operator web application.

The Schedule Manager provides the toolbar icons and menu elements listed below.

Caution: The cut, copy, and paste functions operate in a more complex fashion here than in other sections of the Management Center, so please take note of the provided details.
