Navigation Panel tool bar and menu

The Navigation Panel menu displays icons that represent groups of the most commonly used functions.

Clicking any of the group listings, it will expand to reveal the applications in it. Each of these groups is described in a separate chapter which details the purpose and usage of the applications within. For a detailed listing of the applications available via the Navigation Panel, see Navigation Panel.

Note: This documentation assumes that the user has sufficient permissions to access the application and its features. Without sufficient permissions, functions within applications will be inaccessible. For more information regarding the permissions required to use the Management Center and its applications, see Security Manager module.

The Navigation Panel toolbar contains two buttons.

Navigation Panel Editor – Opens the Navigation Panel Editor (see Navigation Panel Editor).

Help – Opens the Management Center Help File.

The Navigation Panel also supports the following standard behaviors described in the Standards section of this document (see Management Center terminology and application behavior):

• Tool-Tips are available on all Navigation Panel Groups, Items and Icons.

• Pinning is supported by the Navigation Panel.

• The Navigation Panel can be resized.
