"Notes" Report

The Notes report retrieves Notes that mobile application users have entered into Tasks.

The lower half of Procedure Auditor Plus can display the following information on each hit it finds.

Note: The following represents a complete list of columns and data available for this type of report, and some listed items may not appear by default. See Configure display appearance for information regarding enabling or disabling column display.

  • Asset – Indicates the Asset associated with this Notes record, if applicable.

  • Base – The name of the Base to which the Procedure Instance containing the Note was attached.

  • Completed Shift – The name of the Shift (as specified in Shift Setup) during which the Procedure was completed.

  • Completed Shift Date – The Shift Date of the Procedure’s completion. The Shift Date corresponds to the date on which the Shift began.

  • Data Filter – The numerical representation of the Data Filter (if applicable) for the Task on which the Note was entered.

  • Date – The time at which the Procedure Instance was marked Complete on the mobile application.

  • Notes – The text of the Note found by the search.

  • Procedure – The name of the Procedure in which this Note was created.

  • Scheduled Date – The Shift Date of the Procedure Instance containing the Note. The Shift Date corresponds to the date on which the Shift began.

  • Task – The name of the Task to which this Note was attached.

  • Task Group – The Task Group under which the Note was entered (if applicable).

  • User Name – The first and last name, as set in the Administration application, of the user who entered the Note.
