Details - Task level

The Details section provides the following information when a Task level node is selected in the Procedure Tree.

  • Reading: The data input by the mobile application user to respond to this Task.

  • Answered Status: Indicates whether the input was supplied by the user or by another mechanism. Possible answers are listed in task group level details above.

  • Date: The date and time that the mobile application user last input the Reading value.

  • User: The last, first, and login name of the User who input the Reading value for this Task.

  • Data Filter: The title of the Data Filter set as a result of the Reading value.

  • Severity: The title of the Severity set as a result of the Reading value.

  • Action Occurred: When checked, indicates that an Action was triggered on this Task.

    Note: On the following three controls, the presence of a pencil icon () indicates that the control contains information. Each is expanded by clicking the right-facing chevron () to reveal the information contained within.

  • Notes: Expand this control to reveal the last Note entered for this Task, whether entered by a mobile user or by auditor override.

  • Override: Expand this control either to override the Reading provided for this Task (see below) and/or to display the following information regarding this Task Reading’s last override.

    • Override User: The last, first, and login name of the User who last overrode this Reading.

    • Override Date: The date and time that this Reading was last overridden.

    • Original Reading: The Reading originally entered on the mobile application by the mobile user.

  • Signature: Expand this control to display the handwritten signature, if any, entered for this Task.

The Task level also allows the viewing of Multiple Notes, and of Image Capture taken at that time, as shown below:
