All reports work in a similar fashion with regard to configuring the report query for Plant, Bases, Criticalities (Data Filters), and Date & Time. Report-specific settings are detailed in their respective sections below.
Plants
Depending upon the Plant selected in the Management Center, the Plant name will be autopopulated in this field. All the other search criteria (Bases, Criticalities, Severities, and Date and Time Ranges) will display the values available for that Plant.
You can also select another single Plant or multiple Plants for the query.Use Select All to retrieve data from all of the available Plants.
Bases
You can select either single or multiple bases for query. Use Select All to retrieve data from all of the available bases.
Criticalities (Data Filters)
If available, select either single or multiple criticalities (Data Filters) for query.
Severities
Select either single or multiple severities for query.
Date and Time Ranges
Enter the date range and time using the Min Date for the start and Max Date for ending date of the report.
Alternately, click the calendar icon for a graphical method of choosing the date range.
Sliding Days
An alternative to selecting a specific date range is to choose a number of days prior to today’s date. This setting is ideal for setting up an SSRS report subscription.
You can also configure reports based either on the hour, shift range, or crew attributes of the field-collected data. For example, a report query that will only return data with a collection time stamp between 4:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
You can also search based on shift. For example, the above report query will only return data that was transferred during the Day Shift of 4:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
The search can also be limited based on the Crew who performed the work. For example, a report containing only Data gathered by the specific crew. To select multiple Crews, hold down the CTRL button while clicking the desired Crews.
