Procedure Locator tool-tips

A mouse pointer hovering over a Procedure in the Procedure Locator list will display a tool-tip similar to the following example:

This tool-tip provides the following information.

• The title bar displays the title of the Procedure.

  The first section’s heading indicates the status of the Procedure revision whose information follows (in the example above, "Revision Under Construction").

• Checked Out To: The first, last, and login name to whom the Procedure is checked out.

• Checked Out Date: The date and time at which this Procedure was checked out.

• Locked By: The first, last, and login name of the user who locked this Procedure for edit. Appears for Procedures marked Under Construction only.

• Locked Date: The date and time at which this Procedure was locked for edit. Appears for Procedures marked Under Construction only.

• Last Edited By: The first, last and login name of the user responsible for the latest edit to this Procedure.

• Last Edit: The date and time this Procedure was last saved.

• Revision Notes: The current text of this Procedure’s "Revision Notes" field.

• Description: The current text of this Procedure’s "Description" field.

  The second section, "Released," regards the latest Released revision of this Procedure (if one exists).

• Released Date: The date and time at which this Procedure was last marked Released.

• Released By: The first, last and login name of the user who last marked this Procedure as Released.
